Google Dedicates Doodle Of Today To Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

The search giant of web, Google paid its tribute to Pakistani singer Nusrat fateh Ali Khan on his birth anniversary.

The doodle displays musician singing, with his left hand raised to signify letter "L" in the word GOOGLE.

Born on 13th October, 1948, Khan was initially a singer of qawwali, the devotional music of the Sufis. The singer lost his life due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 49 on August 16, 1997.

Past week, though another Pakistani singer Ghulam Ali was made to cancel his concert in Maharashtra after Shiv Sena threatened to disrupt it.
